How do you skull green dragon botters on RuneScape?

I've heard of using a familiar by the chaos tunnels rift, but someone said it doesn't work anymore. I've tried it and it doesn't. Others said using a frog helm and green d'hide, doesn't work either. Please some help would be great, it's so tempting seeing them killing dragons with a whip and dragon.
