How far are Cons gonna try and peddle this stuff about Dems being the pro-slavery anti-Civil rights party?

We all know the ancestors of the Confederacy are now all Republicans and the Dixie-Crats like Strom Thurmond and Jesse Helms become Republicans once blacks were allowed in the game.
