How do I become less jealous and get my mind off my girlfriend?

im a senior in highschool and my girlfriend of over a year left to macedonia with an exchange program and i can get her out of my head. Im a jealous guy and the fact that she is blonde and in a foriegn country where blondes are very rare and considered highly attractive has me worried sick as well as extremely angry. I see Macedonian guys are talking to her on facebook and its killing me. To make matters worse, her parents also went on vacation so i have to go to their house for a few hours a day for an entire week for up keep, and the whole time all i can think about is my girlfriend. I feel like she is having the best time of her life while im back at home in mourning.
