How long will 83-90 strength take in runescape?

I will be training at monkey guards which is about 60k/hr xp. I will be wearing bandos chestplate, bandos tassets, fighter helm (from barbarian assault), saradomin sword, dragon boots, berserker ring, and an amulet of fury. I will only be playing friday-sunday about 7 hours each day. My combat level is 104, 83 strength (obviously), 79 attack, 75 defence. Thank you!
