I have a coat of arms but I don't know where it's from or what family it is?

It is almost certainly a pretty piece of costume jewelry that was designed to look like a coat of arms rather than a particular family's coat of arms. There are literally thousands of crests and coat of arms. If you really want to find it, go to the public library and look through their books containing pictures. You may or may not find one exactly like it.
