Runescape "Look rich" outfit? ;)?

Hi, i've seen lots of ppl around runescape that got those really cool outfits, quest items or anything, they got a bunch of random items not like sets... I personaly got Full dragon (with platebody and full helm) aswell as amulet of fury and bandos godsword. But i don't think that looks so... so... rich, experienced in the game. I know one nice outfit that is a skillcape, almost got firemaking now (97) But i got about 20mil to spare so please let me know ;D
