-Runescape- what is some decent melee armor for a lv 89?

my melee combat stats are 71/72/70 i have almost 3.5 mil to spend including a weapon (sold what i had before to merchant (D boots, D legs, Helm of neitiznot,granite chest piece, whip , dragon defender and combat bracelet and ammy of glory) sorry for the money requirement not exactly rolling in the cash atm lol. should i rebuy what i had or is something better available for 3.5 mil?
