What is the best p2p Runescape melee armor?

Ok my stats are attack-80 strength-80 and defense-80. I have 20mil. Also I dont care if i have to do any quest because i pretty much did all of them already. So please tell me what is the best melee armor on runescape. And also dont say quit runescape and go to wow or stupid stuff like that. And be very specific like necklace, gloves, shields, body, legs, helm, boots. So basically tell me everything. But if its over 20mil i guess ill spend a little more because i really have 66mil but i really just want to stay in the 20mil range. So thank you for sharing your opinions.
