What to do after i sent my guy friend super sexy pictures? He asked?

So we dont live in the same state anymore but were good friends still. Anyway he started texting me and i was like "you're so beautiful. I have a confession, ive liked you since i first met you" and then we exchanged pictures. I was trying on my new swim suit and told him how much i love it. After some joking around he asked for a picture so i sent him one. (the tops a push up). He told me how i looked sexy and then a while later he kept asking so i sent him a super sexy picture and my top sortve... Wasn't exactly covering everything we'll say. He then started to describe how we were gonna do "it" after complimenting my body alot. I got nervous and felt sick so i txted my best friend and asked him what to do. He said to block the guy but my phone wont let me. This mourning he appolized for everything he said and he promised he deleted the pictures but im still nervous and now our conversations are akward. By the way dont lecture i know, i know shouldn't have done that. Also, im a teenager.
