Who'd win in a fight: hades (greek god of death) or balor (celt-irish god of death)?

i love balor... and hades. but who would win in a fight? i mean, balor has 1 eye- but if you stare into it you die immediatly- and he is a giant creature of pure evil (portrayed as either a demon-like creature with two whips of fire, or a muscular giant cyclops guy who guards celtic hell) and hades fights with a giant 2 pronged fork (more intimidating than it sounds) and has a magical helm that turns invisible... (he is also known to be quite deceptive) WOULDNT THAT MAKE SUCH A BAD--- BATTLE OF EPIC PROPORTIONS!!!!!!
