Would this runescape pk combo work?

The stats would be 55 attack, 65+ str, 50 def, 59 magic, 54 hp, prayer 36. I would wear rune scimmy, rune full helm/wiz hat(whatever better), wiz body and monks robe. I would cast fire blast. My stratgey was to attack with mage from a distance, and since it can hit high, use it to K0 as well.Or would i use a rune 2h? ***IM F2P.***
